What happens to data if we uninstall the plugin?
Nothing. Since it's read-only, it stores no data. Uninstalling returns your Moodle to previous state with no data loss.
Can I revoke access to specific users?
Completely. We use the same roles and permissions as Moodle. Change Moodle permissions and they apply automatically to Board Retention.
Are there logs of who accesses what data?
Yes. Logs are in standard Moodle (Admin Reports > Logs). Every action is audited: who viewed what, when, and from where.
